Full Moon

Sixteen-year-old Ronnikka Tyler runs cross-country and gets A's in Data Science. She's always trusted her own mind.

Then a dermatologist points to a small mark on her arm and asks how long she's had it. She can't say. An old photo shows her at thirteen with that arm bandaged, and she remembers only pieces of that summer. One morning she finds a text sent after midnight: a picture of a kitten. It's already open. She doesn't remember reading it.

So Ronnikka does what she's good at. She collects evidence and tracks her own movements. Dates on a calendar. A pattern that keeps leading back to the full moon.
